Plant your own trees

Citizens and organization of the Greater Montreal region, you can now participate in 375 000 trees by adding your own plantations. Plant your own trees and count them among the 375,000 trees.

Your trees (in groups of 5) will appear on the map as part of the 375,000 trees and you can locate and identify them by leaving a personal message, image and more. You can then share the good news and your concrete gesture for the environment in your social networks.

How to participate :

  • You have planted a minimum of 5 trees (minimum height at maturity 8m)
  • The trees have been planted in one of the 82 municipalities of the Greater Montreal
  • You are the owner of the plantation site (or have the written authorization of the owner)
  • The species you planted are adapted to the region (adequate cold hardiness)
  • At the time of plantation, the plants must were at least 30 cm high (12 inches)
  • You can provide a proof of purchase, photos of the plants and site as well as the GPS coordinates of the site (as provided by Google Maps)

All trees offered or bought as part of another plantation program cannot be integrated into 375 000 trees.
